A well-known actor, bodybuilder, and model has passed away at the age of 41, just a fortnight following a heartfelt social media post.
Jakub Łoza’s family confirmed his death at 3 am on Sunday, May 3, to his substantial online following. His battle with an undisclosed illness had been kept private, known only to those closest to him.
In a post two weeks prior to his passing, he shared, “I’m currently undergoing treatment, going through a profound phase. I have never questioned, ‘Why me?’ Instead, I have always said, ‘Jesus, I trust in You. If this is my path, I accept it.’ Surprisingly, I have never felt more serene than I do now.”
Despite his positive outlook, news of his demise has stunned many. His agent, Ewa Rączy, expressed her shock, stating, “His death came as a complete surprise. We had recently interacted through work, and he appeared lively, healthy, and in the prime of his life. There were no signs indicating any underlying health issues, neither from him nor his loved ones.”
Jakub was recognized for his roles in popular television series and movies such as “Barwy szczęścia,” “Szpital św. Anny,” and “Najpierw ucichły ptaki.” Besides acting, he was involved in bodybuilding, personal training, and modeling, always promoting health and lifestyle improvements to his followers.
Reportedly residing in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, Jakub had achieved first place in the Classic Bodybuilding category at the UKUP (UK Ultimate Physiques) British Finals in November 2018, according to local sources.
Ewa further praised Jakub, highlighting his natural charisma and talent in front of the camera. She described him as a young, energetic, dedicated, and warm individual who positively impacted others through his professionalism and uplifting spirit, making his untimely passing even more difficult to comprehend.
The funeral service for Jakub will be held in his hometown of Rzeszów, Poland, today.
