“Bluey Ride: A Thrilling Must-Experience at Alton Towers”

Alton Towers unveiled its latest attraction, the Bluey ride, earlier this year, and I had the opportunity to experience this thrilling new rollercoaster at CBeebies Land.

Named “Bluey the Ride: Here Comes the Grannies,” the ride is inspired by Bluey and Bingo’s grandma personas, Janet and Rita. Drawing visitors from around the world, it has quickly become one of the most popular additions of the year.

In addition to the ride, the Bluey family, including mom, dad, and Bingo, star in a daily show at the park. This lively show, featuring popular tunes like Dance Mode and the catchy theme song, is performed multiple times a day for young fans to enjoy.

Before embarking on the adventure, guests are reminded to check the height requirements. The queue, although lengthy with wait times of 60 to 90 minutes on opening day, is cleverly designed to keep children entertained. Play areas and photo opportunities featuring Bluey and Bingo are strategically placed along the queue to alleviate boredom.

Despite the wait, the ride proves to be worth it, especially witnessing the sheer joy and excitement on children’s faces. Contrary to initial impressions, the Bluey ride offers unexpected thrills with high points and exciting turns that keep riders engaged.

Notably, the staff at Alton Towers goes above and beyond to accommodate all guests. Especially for those with special needs, like my son, who received exceptional support and assistance to ensure a memorable experience on Here Come the Grannies.

The debut of the Bluey ride marks a significant milestone for CBeebies Land, injecting new energy into the area. With its fast-paced excitement, the ride aims to cater to a wider audience while delighting its younger fans.

Alton Towers’ Bluey ride is a testament to the park’s commitment to providing unforgettable experiences for visitors. This unique addition not only celebrates the beloved character Bluey but also elevates the overall atmosphere of CBeebies Land.

For those eager to explore this captivating attraction, Alton Towers offers short breaks starting from £42 per person. For more details and bookings, visit altontowers.com.
