Sophie Habboo and Jamie Laing from the popular TV show Made in Chelsea are sharing their pregnancy journey in a new documentary on Disney+ set to premiere soon.
Titled Raising Chelsea, the series will document the couple’s path as they prepare for their new baby, from the initial stages of pregnancy to the childbirth, across three episodes. The show promises an intimate look at the challenges and joys faced by Jamie and Sophie as they transition into parenthood.
The documentary, set to debut on April 2 on Disney+, was announced today, March 24. Ahead of the release, Sophie and Jamie disclosed that there was a surprising moment captured in the series that they had not initially planned to include.
Sophie shared her initial reservations about filming certain aspects, particularly the birth scene, but ultimately embraced the idea of showcasing their real and unfiltered journey to viewers. Jamie clarified that there was no coercion involved in filming the birth scene and highlighted the sentimental value it held for them.
Subscribers can access Disney+ starting at £5.99 per month, gaining access to a wide range of popular series and movies, including content from Marvel, Star Wars, and Pixar.
The couple welcomed their baby, Ziggy, in December, marking a significant milestone in their relationship that started on Made in Chelsea. After years of dating, Jamie proposed to Sophie at the Rosewood London hotel, the same place where they had their first date in December 2021.
Raising Chelsea will premiere on Disney+ on April 2, offering a glimpse into the couple’s journey into parenthood.
