In my experience as a hotel receptionist, I have observed a common mistake that guests tend to make, which can significantly impact their holiday enjoyment. Despite our willingness to accommodate unusual requests, there was one recurring issue that guests often overlooked.
At our hotel, we offer two dining options: a casual pub serving hearty dishes and a more upscale restaurant with an à la carte menu. Despite our frequent reminders via email, many guests arrived without making reservations for their meals.
