Mandley Park, located within Salford’s Jewish community, is approximately a mile away from the Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation synagogue, which was targeted in a previous terror attack.
The Community Security Trust (CST), an organization dedicated to safeguarding Jewish communities in the UK, advised residents to adhere to police guidance during the unfolding situation. The A576 Leicester Road experienced temporary blockages in both directions between Northumberland Street and Devonshire Street as authorities responded to the incident.
