Lenovo has introduced a new competitor to the tablet market, the Tab Plus Gen 2, challenging Apple’s iPad dominance. The device boasts a 12.1-inch 2.5K LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision visuals, making it visually striking.
What sets the Tab Plus Gen 2 apart is its unique design feature – a large circular speaker powered by JBL technology. This speaker not only enhances audio for entertainment but can also function as a Bluetooth speaker with Dolby Atmos support. Additionally, the tablet includes a convenient built-in kickstand that can rotate 360 degrees for flexible viewing angles and doubles as a carry handle for portability.
Under the hood, the Tab Plus Gen 2 is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor, a sizable 10,200mAh battery with fast charging capabilities, and 128GB of expandable storage via an SD Card slot. Priced at £369 on Lenovo’s website, the tablet offers a compelling alternative to Apple’s iPad lineup, which starts at £429 and goes up to £749 for the Air model.
