A mother has been reported missing for a period of three months after disappearing from a campsite in France, according to her daughter. Stephanie Thomson, a 75-year-old retiree, was last sighted at Camping les Vigeres in Le Chalard, situated in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of France, on January 29.
Having moved to the French countryside in 2012 with her spouse Ken to enjoy their retirement, Stephanie’s tranquil life took a distressing turn when she went missing after a visit to a nearby store. Tracy, her 55-year-old daughter from Redcar, Teesside, expressed the unbearable anguish of waiting for information.
Tracy described the past three months without her mother as an excruciating ordeal, a situation the family never envisioned. She shared, “The uncertainty of her whereabouts is incredibly challenging to comprehend. I pray for her safety, but my mind is consumed by various unsettling scenarios. It’s mentally tormenting; there’s no respite.”
