A brand-new Eurocamp destination, hu Eraclea Mare, is set to open in May 2027, offering a prime location for a summer holiday. Situated on the Adriatic coast near Venice, this expansive camping village spans over 100 hectares and boasts a magnificent Blue Flag beach. Reservations are now available on the Eurocamp website for stays starting from May 1 next year, just in time for a memorable Italian getaway.
The highlight of this new site is a nine-hectare water park, the largest of its kind in an Italian holiday village. It features a variety of pools, including Olympic-sized options, lagoons, thrilling waterslides, and a vast solarium spanning 40,000 square meters.
Beyond the water attractions, guests can enjoy the sandy Spiaggia Pannolenci beach with its tranquil shallow waters ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Additionally, the surrounding area offers shaded trails leading to the charming town of Eraclea Mare.
On land, visitors can engage in numerous activities such as tree adventures, zip lining, mini golf, paintball, and a wide range of sports suitable for the whole family. The site will also house around 30 food and beverage outlets, featuring authentic Italian and Venetian cuisine, gelato shops, and bars. In the evenings, a 1,500-seat outdoor theater will host various family-friendly entertainment options, including music performances and lively events.
Moreover, the new Eurocamp site is conveniently located for day trips to Venice, providing an opportunity to blend a city sightseeing experience with a relaxing family vacation. The ferry port of Punta Sabbioni is just a 40-minute drive away, offering a scenic 30-minute boat ride to Venice. This mode of transportation conveniently docks near the iconic Piazza San Marco, granting easy access to Venice’s popular attractions.
Outdoor enthusiasts can also explore the nearby Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park, known for its stunning mountain ranges, pristine forests, and activities like hiking, sailing on peaceful lakes, and canyoning amidst the breathtaking scenery.
For those planning a summer visit, various holiday parks along the Adriatic coast offer accommodation options, including the well-equipped Holiday Center Pra’ Delle Torri. Alternatively, the Park Hotel Pineta in Eraclea Mare provides a comfortable stay in a serene setting on a private sandy beach surrounded by lush pine trees.
