“Nathan Fielder Unveils New Documentary on Elizabeth Holmes”

After captivating audiences with his recent show “The Rehearsal,” Nathan Fielder’s latest endeavor has now been unveiled. The Vancouver-native, known for his comedic prowess, has teased a forthcoming documentary project focusing on the infamous Elizabeth Holmes, founder of Theranos, who was convicted of fraud in 2022 for misleading claims about revolutionary blood testing technology.

Fielder’s collaboration with documentarian Lance Oppenheim has resulted in the creation of “You Can See Everything,” shedding light on the period leading up to Holmes’s imprisonment in 2023. Oppenheim, recognized for works like “Spermworld” (2024) and “Some Kind of Heaven” (2020), has a knack for delving into unique and engaging storytelling.

Fielder’s rise to stardom began with the hit series “Nathan For You” on Comedy Central, where he dispensed unconventional business advice. His comedic genius also shone through in segments on CBC’s “This Hour Has 22 Minutes,” endearing himself to Canadian audiences.

“You Can See Everything” is being distributed by the popular Gen Z brand A24, evident in the trailer’s distinctive visual style and eerie atmosphere. The teaser features an intense one-minute interaction between Fielder and Holmes, adding suspense and intrigue to the upcoming documentary.

The trailer launch coincided with a surprise screening at the Telluride Film Festival, generating excitement among critics who shared glowing reviews on social media. Director Daniel Howat hailed the documentary as “hysterical” and “insane,” while music producer Erik Nordgren dubbed it the best film of the year, praising its innovative storytelling.

The buzz surrounding Fielder’s latest project evokes memories of his past interviews, such as the memorable exchange with CBC president Hubert T. Lacroix. The anticipation for “You Can See Everything” is building up as it gears up for a theatrical release next month.
