Meghan Markle hinted at the possibility of renewing her vows with Prince Harry during a surprise interaction captured on video with popular Australian YouTubers. The Duchess of Sussex joined forces with Sean Skeels and Marley Whatarau, creators of the successful YouTube and TikTok channels, Get Down with Sean and Marley. The footage, filmed during Harry and Meghan’s recent visit to Australia, showcased the duo presenting Australian-themed gifts to Meghan, including rugby shirts, Bluey toys for Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, local snacks, and even some Australian beers.
A highlight of the exchange was when Sean and Marley gifted Harry a pair of swimming trunks with ‘Aussie Bum’ written on them, prompting Meghan to suggest a vow renewal scenario with Harry donning the quirky trunks. The meeting with Sean and Marley followed the duo’s viral video recreating Meghan’s one-pan spaghetti recipe from her Netflix show, With Love, Meghan. In return, Meghan sent them a package of her As Ever products, culminating in their face-to-face meeting last month during Meghan’s participation in the Her Best Life retreat in Sydney.
During their recent trip to Australia, Harry and Meghan engaged with various charitable organizations across Melbourne, Canberra, and Sydney, exploring business prospects in addition to Meghan’s guest appearance as a judge on MasterChef Australia. Meghan expressed her admiration for the Australian people in a recent interview with Australian magazine Women’s Weekly, emphasizing her and Harry’s fondness for the country and its citizens.
In a separate event, it was revealed that Meghan made a discreet solo trip to Chicago over the weekend to attend her godson’s first holy communion at the Holy Name Cathedral. The ceremony was for the son of one of Meghan’s close college friends, as Meghan shared a connection to Chicago having attended Northwestern University there between 1999 and 2003, studying theatre and international studies.
