FundedNext, a UAE-based proprietary trading firm established by Bangladeshi entrepreneurs, has won the Best Fintech Innovation Award from business magazine Entrepreneur Middle East. Operating as the regional franchise of the US-based Entrepreneur magazine, the Dubai-headquartered media firm covers commercial markets, technological advancements, and innovation throughout the Middle East.
The award presentation took place on September 17 at Al Habtoor Palace in Dubai, where FundedNext Chief Executive Officer Syed Abdullah Jayed received the trophy. He was accompanied by Chief Product and Growth Officer Dana Massey, Chief Legal Officer Anaklaudia Filadoro, and senior executives.
Jayed remarked that while trading talent is widespread globally, a deficit of capital frequently prevents individuals from executing their strategies. Addressing this financial discrepancy was the foundational goal of FundedNext, which continues to work toward that objective by expanding a comprehensive ecosystem.
Founded in 2022, FundedNext operates in over 170 countries as the flagship product of fintech group Next Ventures. The group’s corporate portfolio includes regulated brokerage firm FNMarkets. Headquartered in the UAE, Next Ventures runs operational hubs in Malaysia, Cyprus, and Sri Lanka, while relying on Bangladesh as its core back-office hub.
The local subsidiary, NEXT Bangladesh Ltd., employs more than 500 staff members and is recognized as a leading foreign remittance earner within the country’s IT sector. Next Ventures is also certified as a Great Place to Work.
FundedNext recently placed second among 200 corporations in the June 2026 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 for the Middle East and Cyprus, ranking highest among fintech firms. It also secured the 11th position in the Deloitte EMEA Technology Fast 500 with a four-year revenue growth rate of 4,553.02 percent, building on its Global Prop Firm of the Year title at the Finance Magnates Awards 2025.
