Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague have introduced their newborn son as Midas. The couple announced the birth of their second child earlier this week but had kept the name a secret. Molly-Mae had hinted that Tommy would reveal the name on his boxing shorts during his fight against Eddie Hall in Manchester.
As promised, Fury proudly showcased “Midas” on his fighting attire. Earlier in the week, he hinted, “All will be revealed on Saturday night. I’m excited for it. It seems like there’s more interest in the name than the actual fight.”
Fury expressed his anticipation for the revealing moment, stating, “It’s going to be an entertaining night on Saturday, and everything will be disclosed. It has been an incredibly significant week for me, and I can only describe it as a huge blessing.”
The couple, who initially met on the reality show Love Island, welcomed their first daughter, Bambi, in January 2023. Hague announced her second pregnancy in February. The joyful news of the newborn was shared on Wednesday through a joint Instagram post showing the family of four lovingly gazing at their newest member in a black-and-white photo.
The post quickly amassed over 1.5 million likes within two hours of being posted, with friends and followers showering the couple with congratulations. Maura Higgins, a former Love Island contestant and TV presenter, joined in the celebrations, expressing her happiness for the family.
Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague first met in 2019 on Love Island, where they finished as runners-up. Despite a split in August 2024, the couple reconciled their relationship in May of the following year.
Since her time on Love Island, Hague has amassed a substantial following of 8.6 million on Instagram and launched her clothing brand, Maebe, in 2024. She made her first public appearance postpartum at Fury’s recent fight against Hall at The AO Arena.
